Rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes.
If you find it necessary to cancel this reservation, The Inn requires 48 hours notice before your arrival to avoid a charge of a minimum of one night's room rate. Cancellations within 7 days of your arrival will be charged a $75 cancellation fee per room.
Parking is available along Washington Avenue or take advantage of The Inn's private parking in the rear of the building. If you choose to park in The Inn's private parking please be courteous of any other guest by not blocking the driveway.
We do allow small pets as long as they are housebroken. We require an additional $25 cleaning fee to make sure our rooms are pet free for the next guests.
